McIntosh Manor RV Adventures!

McIntosh Manor RV park and Campground is located in beautiful coastal Georgia on historic Hwy 17. Nestled under majestic live oaks, McIntosh Manor is the perfect place to take a step back in time and enjoy the wonders of nature. The 13 acre property is home to large oak trees with beautiful drooping Spanish moss. The park is quiet, meticulously maintained and has plenty of room for the largest of RV’s. We offer 30/50 amp hookups, Free WIFI, Free use of laundry facilities, and a large fire pit area to wind down from a long day. McIntosh Manor is a 4000 square foot historic home. It is currently under renovation and will be available to rent on AIRBNB very soon. When completed, you can enjoy the entire home for your family or as a venue rental. This home is absolutely stunning. It will take you back in time with beautiful antiques, original hardwood floors, comfy beds, and a large kitchen.

Our park is 1.1 miles off of I-95, situated directly off of historic Hwy 17 in Townsend Ga. We are across the street from Piggly Wiggly for all of your grocery shopping needs and a short drive to all area interests which include:
  • Golf at the gorgeous Sapelo Hammock Golf Club
  • Dorchester Hunting Preserve (25 min to the north)
  • Fort King George Historical Site
  • Sapelo Island Tours
